An affiliate team was rebuilding the same Excel report every week from a manual CSV export. I replaced the whole ritual with a live, self-updating intelligence layer.
The problem
Leadership saw affiliate performance days late, through a static 6-tab spreadsheet. There was no fraud visibility, no trend lines, and no way to act on what was working until the data was already stale.
My approach
A scheduled pipeline ingests promoter data directly from the API, runs segmentation and fraud-risk scoring, and renders it as an animated dashboard. Click any flagged promoter and it explains the reasoning behind the risk score. Weekly report cards are generated automatically via cron.
The result
The weekly export-and-rebuild cycle is gone. The team gets an always-current view with fraud signals surfaced and explained, saving roughly six hours every week.
